Lost 3 levels of exp! Why?

So just a day ago.

I was level 23. then all of a sudden I just lose 3 levels of exp

Anyone know why?

[I did put one of my projects on draft, then I put it live again. I'm guessing I lost exp because of that. Will I get it back?]
