Need help on recording voice, screen, and sound

Im going to be recording my voice, computer screen, and computer sound using Fraps, and audacity. and im going to edit with sony vegas to put the screen, sound and voice together. are there any good ways to get them at nearly the same time so it wont take too much editing?

Record the video, then just record your voice afterwars, watching the video, to make it applied at the same time.

thats smart thanks. and fraps records the sound from the computer too right? i have only ever used fraps once
