Is it ok for the attachment for a mod be an internet shortcut to adfly and then in turn leads you to the actual mod file on mediafire, or does it have to come from here?

I believe it's not allowed (Your level might come into play here, still not sure :/).. I'm not exactly sure though. It would be nice for a mod to answer this..
