PMC weird A's thingy s???

Anyone body else when they write a message on the main site see these werid A's above there. There like the normal ones but with an acent at the top.
I dont know if anyone else has this but if you do please tell me and help me to fix it!

It appears to be PMC that is causing this, not you. I only see  if I write a comment under a blog, project, etc. and put a double space in.
