Projects broken?
So I was attempting to upload a minecraft adventure map URL, but the project upload does not seem to be working, I looked up how too videos and what they have is different from what I have, I can not choose between the two tabs, meaning I cannot select the image /video file tab, so I cannot upload images.
and the space where you would write your description of the map is a thin inch wide box off to the right of the screen.
is it under construction or not?

If you're using IE, don't; use Firefox or Chrome. If you're not using IE, can you show us a screenshot?
Generally that happens when the page has failed to load properly. Try refreshing it a couple times and then waiting for an hour or so if that still doesn't work. It's working normally for me; so it's possible that it just didn't load correctly on your end.
No it isn't, it must be a bug or something.
