Anyway. You likely have a bad RPG Essentials install, or something's off in your config files. Unless you have lots of time invested into its setup already, I would suggest wiping the JAR and the plugin folder and starting fresh.
Could we get a FULL list of the plugins that you run? There may be conflicts.

That aside, check the place you downloaded it from, they should have some FAQ or help guide on their site.
um the plugin rpgessentials has specific blocks to the plugin and are showing up as flint. thats the only real problem.
