Maybe you guys should get Anti-spam application or something..
You will never be able to stop spam entering the chat, the majority of people entering chat don't spend the 3 minutes it takes to read the rules.
There are Moderators in chat to deal with the issues of spam and that's the best it's going to get I'm afraid
