When I updated my skin just now, and I viewed it just after I updated it, the pictures showed no changes; it still showed the same photo of skin that I uploaded a day ago. Is this normal? Or am is my computer having problems?

Another problem that I faced was: the other night I first tried uploading the same skin, and I couldn't upload it; pressing the save button would only activate the moving green bar underneath the save button and it would just stay there even after a minute or so. Is this normal too? I only recently joined PlanetMinecraft, and I hope you forgive me for any inconveniences I have given you. Thank you in advance.
