Pls help me i am searching that texture pack for 2 weeks now i only want that texture pack that colby cheeze uses in his train station tutorial video pls tell me that texture pack any helps would be greatly appriciated.

It is indeed a painterly pack.
I'd recommend googling "painterlypack customizer"
The first result should be the site you need.
On the site you will be able to choose what texture you want for each block from a selection they provide.
While you may not get the exact same texture pack you can get pretty close.

It's a custom version of painterly pack. However, the video is from like 3 years ago, and not a lot of texture packs last that long.

Maybe you should provide a link for our convenience. Have you tried reading comments asking about the texture pack (which may have been answered). Or it could just simply be in the description.
