Flatmaps are banned because A) they take absolutely no effort to create and B) they are technically all copies of the first flatmap uploaded on PMC. They're the equivalent of a one-color skin or a 1x1 texture pack.
If you see any flatmap skins uploaded on PMC, report them and they will be removed.
Additionally, please actually look at the site rules before complaining about your submission being removed. Most likely it will be clear what rule it broke.

Not quite sure trying sending a moderator a message. But remain calm and explain your point. I'm sure there is a good reason why they are banned.
