I think it's Whiteout. There's some possible evidence to back up my theory:
First of all, if you take a look at both of their profiles, they have a similar layout. Grandma's is definitely basic and plain compared to Whiteout's but both have a similar photo aesthetic.
Second, they do talk similar. 10 days ago Grandma said "Sorry for not being active!" and two days after, Whiteout also apologizes for not being active. Not only that, but they do seem to use similar grammar. You can skim through both of their wall posts to see what I mean. ^^
Third, if you take a look at Whiteout's shading from three months ago, in some cases it looks similar to Grandma's simple shading.
