YouTube 'Lag'

Hi,
Whenever I watch a YouTube video, I get this odd distortion.
*NOTE* I am doing this whilst having Tekkit Classic open, but not doing anything. My computer should be able to handle this sort of thing, however that's probably good to know.

This happens quite often and is frankly, very annoying. Does anyone know a fix or suggestion to this problem, any help is welcomed.

You shouldn't run applications while running the internet browser at the same time, depending on what computer you have. You may have other applications running secretly as your trying to watch the.. youtube video. Anyway, you should check on your Task Manager and look at your Processes.
