How it works is you just make a person that you like/liked from Mario. It could be aaaaaanyone!!!!
Rules
1. It must follow the PMC Skinning Rules!
2. Do not choose too much of one character.
3. You cannot enter premade skins in the contest.
4. You MUST NOT steal other people's skins! This will result in a disqualification!
