My cousin wants a skin and he wants it like this: a assassin in dark assassin robes. He wants it with black shaggy hair coming out of where the hood is over his head. He also wants it with black eyes with a scar on the side of his face and hidden blades on his arms.

first of all, you can't make the left arm different than the right arm. Secondly, writing i like video games on a 4x12 arm would be extremely difficult, seeing as there are more letters than vertical pixels. Thirdly, there is most likely already an assassin skin with dark robes on pmc.
