Experience: I have worked on Minecraft servers, essentially months after multiplayer was established. Countless servers, as many others would also say, I have been staffed regularly on.

Besides the realm of Minecraft, I have ran and operated as well as being employed several server emulators such as; World of Warcraft, Habbo Hotel, Oldschool and the more updated Runescape 3, Garys Mod, and FlyFF. I have been successful in player management and steady growth of the player count. I scale players with the ratio of staff members trained. I never bring in more traffic if I do not believe my staff can not handle it.
In the aspect of staffing, I run a strict yet rewarding protocol program that ensures that staff members are acting professional, and are executing their tasks in a timely and efficient manner. This includes UX (user experience), customer support cues, grammar and sentence structuring, mannerisms, etc. I have ran a website dedicated to upgrading/improving Minecraft servers:

I have in depth knowledge on server networks and the mechanics behind them (i.e bungeecord, lilypad, etc). In addition to these, I am able to build I can doing anything from terraforming, to detailing, and not limited to: exterior design, interior design, mega-structures, and planning.
I'm also very well at writing and can really tackle any genre thrown my way with extensive detail.
I am essentially, a "jack-of-all trades".
Why do you want to be part of this project: I love a good RP server, must now a days are so over used and just recycled garbage. I really like this concept and would be interested to stretch not only my building capabilities to this design, but also perhaps my IT ones as well.
Its been 500 years since the apocalypse began you have been in a secret underground military complex completely unaware what happening on the surface you have been in here 50 years prior the alien attack your life pod has just mysteriously opened and theres no one around.
RolePlay Character-
Character Name: Aiolon Belgu'un
Character Background: Once an average human of the every day bustle of american life, Aiolon was scheduled to be placed in the secret complex but was believed this to be one of many false hoaxes and rumors like they had been for years. When the first legion of ships arrived, Aiolon obviously realized his foolishness and ran to take cover in an abandoned cave system in the local natural park. Irradiated and nigh-death a year into the assault, Aiolon's RNA and DNA mutated him into a neo-human organism, one that did not require oxygen to replicate it's cells and maintain homeostasis, but one that could breath any other toxic environment caused from alien, or nuclear fallout. Along side this, his skin became extremely resistant to the external forces resulting in a bleached white, rock hard skin that graciously defined his well chiseled features, and gave his physical facets a significant boost. His hair turned to ash from the clouds of mush in the sky, and his eyes void of all color except the bright white lights of a thousand nuclear warheads. He finds himself in a rather awkward position with the survive-es, and is in it to help them re-establish their planet. However, he must wear CO2 masks in their environments or will suffocate extremely fast.
Description: Reserved and highly intellectual, Aiolon is a type of "gentle giant" that see's a glorious future for mankind, and himself. His main objective is to aid in the dismantlement of the alien scourge.
What is Meta-Gaming?: Basically: Aiolon secretly has a weakness for (potatoes i guess lol) and myself (out of character) has told someone else with an opposing character, if that knowledge is used in a in-character (ic) scenario, it is "external" information that their character would have no way of knowing which is considered Meta-gaming.
What is Power-Gaming?: Gotta have a rich story line man. A rich sotry line includes weaknesses to a character; he can't know the entire plot of their entire universe just because he's a hero. lol. that's just dumb and op.
