It's really hard to explain over chat but I will try okay?

1. Open .minecraft

2. go to bin

3. open WINRAR Or 7-zip which ever you use.

4. Open your minecraft jar file using WINRAR/Z-zip then delete the folder META-INF, If you don't you will get black screen.

5. Open the mod folder and drag all the stuff from there into the .Jar file and close them off and it should work.
