I'd probably have some pretty basic advice, and this is purely my opinion, but I think your titles and thumbnails could be flashier. I don't really mean ALL CAPS (UNCENSORED) (GOES WRONG) and things like that, but maybe more detail? maybe name it one of your favourite quotes (edit: quotes from your video, not just a random quote LMAO). also, I'd probably remove minecraft from the title and make add the word minecraft in the thumbnail instead.
Another thing, your thumbnails are all the same, and I feel as if that's quite boring. I know this doesn't apply to everyone, but if I see something shiny on the path, I'm gonna stop what I'm doing and look. maybe add a render, of an interesting moment? I obviously don't mean clickbait though haha, that's a surefire way for your video to not keep viewers. Also, maybe make the text bigger? I honestly couldn't even read it when it was in the playlist screen.
These are all things that would increase traction, I'll reply to my comment after watching a few videos and let you know if I see any spots that could add some watch-time if you do reel in some people.
