I personally don't like the idea of having the $5 cape idea. A lot of people will have capes, and capes will no longer be unique. It's better to have all the people who attended Minecon get capes, and are recognized for going to the convention. I do like the idea of people who joined during the development stages getting capes, however. I joined right after Beta was released.

Impossible. A skin's head is 6x6, and there are 11 hostile mobs, currently.
