Past experience: I have been staff on atleast 10 servers. These have either closed down or I have left them. I will also point out that I have never been demoted or banned in any of these positions. My most notable experience would be my time on the large server known as Flamecraft. I had the rank of 'HeadAdmin' on this server, in charge of a staff of 26 staff. **

I believe I can help this server just as much as this server could help me. I need somewhere to put my hours of energy into and you need a staff member.
I have added these SPECIAL questions to help you understand me as a staff member...
If a player is seen with an unobtainable object, what do you do? Remove the item, ask questions and then give a warning. If they do it again, ban or temp-ban etc.
If somebody claims you are abusing your powers, and is threatening to tell the owner, how would you react? I would say "You can file a complaint against me on the forums. If they start abusing me I would warn them and then temp-ban until the issue is resolved.
What would be your punishment chain be?
Kick: I have warned you, this is your final warning.
Temp-ban: This is a temp-ban for [INSERT REASON], you will be unbanned in [INSERT NUMBER OF DAYS].
Ban: You have been banned for [INSERT REASON], If you would like to apply to be unbanned please go onto our forums.
