Reason for wanting this position (requires thorough explanation): i feel i can help your server grow into a really good and nice place for people to join and be thoroughly entertained.
Experience (details): been admin on several small servers
Dedicated time: atleast 15 to 20 hrs a week
What you can bring: alot of experience and fun.
{Moderator/Admin} If someone is constantly swearing what do you do?: politely tell them to stop then follow the appointed punishments until issue is resolved.
{Moderator/Admin} If two or more people are fighting/arguing and its starting to affect others experience on the server, what do you do? try and resolve issue to restore a fun gaming experience for everyone on server,

Your experience of mc or mc server : i have being playing minecraft since beta 1.6.2 and have been admin on several server and even owned my own server at one time.
Positions in our server : i would like to be Admin or Moderator, i can contribute daily from 12 am to 5 am definitley and i will be on randomly anytime else.

Experience being a staff member: i am admin on a little server right now, to small for my taste and it will be shutting down soon cause of no players. i have been admin on several servers before and Mod on more than that.

A really close freind breaks a rule, what do you do? Same thing as if someone i didn't know breaks a rule, Judge the severity and take the normal action, being warning, kick, or ban.
