More about you: I've been staff a lot on other servers, I like helping others and building, Im also obedient as say ... a dog. I'm also a little silly and i swear a lot (hopefully not a big problem even though i can control it if it gets too excessive)
How you handle a situation of your choosing: Lets say a player was breaking rules,The first time they do it i will warn them to stop breaking the rules. If the player continued to break the rules i would kick them (along with another warning or tempban if its appropriate for the rule broken) if the player comes back the third time and breaks the rules again, i will possibly tempban them again for a little longer. If they break them again as they come back I will leave it to the owner to decide what happens to them.
