right, some things I'd recommend to help with this:
    • get lots of pets and animals to keep you company
    • name your tools and weapons (once you get mending on them)
    • speak to the mobs (I have zombie villagers in cages waiting to be cured, they keep me company)
    • get resource packs that breathe more life into the world (I recommend better dogs, makes your dogs so much more fun and individual, easy to get attached to)
    • put up signs around, reminders, directions, labels, etc. even if you don't need them, they can make it feel more friendly
    • and, of course, if you're ever feeling overwhelmed you can take a break for as long as you need and go back to playing when you feel better, more in touch with the real world. it can be very fulfilling and feel much better to play after going outside or spending time with loved ones

when I was little and I'd play minecraft alone I absolutely would get that feeling, it felt so empty and isolated. minecraft feels like it takes place in a ruined post-apocalyptic world where you are the only survivor of your species, so it makes sense that feeling could creep in after a while. there are significantly more features in the game now to distract from that feeling, compared to when I was younger, and I've become quite desensitized to it so I rarely get that feeling anymore. but it still settles in sometimes when I come across a ruin or I have to sit and wait out the night to pass.
