Why you want position: I can build to a point, but I can usually find the resolution to a dispute. I'd be more fitting to be a moderator than a builder.
How will you do your position: I'll try to be a bit less serious to players if possible, unless the situation requires me to be serious
Extra info: Trinius/Alex/Jamesblond98 is surely a great friend of mine, and we'd probably moderate a lot more efficiently together (It's always better to have a second opinion.) I also usually do not have many plans, so I may be on the server very often.
