Experience: I've owned my own vanilla server, ive been a mod many times, admin 2 tines, co owner once.
why do you want to be staff?: Havent been staff in a while and need something to do.
what can you bring to the server?: Well, since i've moderated before, my skills in that specific place, and my sense of humor.
what moderation plugins are you familiar with?: I really don't understand the question here. Isnt this the same as admin plugins? I know most of the basic commands, and i could learn the new ones.
How can you stop hackers, cheaters, abusers, racism and bullies?: Hackers could be kicked or banned, cheaters are pretty much the same thing as hackers, you'd have to define abusers, racism could be warning and then a mute, and bullies the same as racism.
How will you Moderate players?: This is a different question. I don't think i understand exactly what you mean by it.
