help someone on skindex stole my skin posted it then commented all over my page that im awful and should be blocked etc and we should not trust these big creators stealing from their skins because theirs is the original and i stole it

like im sorry this is too funny

i mean theirs is posted an hour ago mines posted 2 weeks agi the maths isnt mathing BAHHAHAHAHAHA

but hey im honoured to be classed as a big creator

something similar happened to me lol !! i hosted a reshade literally over a year ago and the other week someone commented on my page ‘do you want to be friends’ . i had never talked to them before or even visited their page so i skimmed through their skins and noticed that their persona was eerily similar to said reshade. confronted them and they just whined at me and even got their friend involved. i apologised so as to not start drama but i looked at the entries for my reshade and the persona was literally a worse version of @/calstyx ‘s entry, exact same hexes and everything, they’d just shaded over a couple parts to make it less recognisable. i’m so fucking annoyed that i didn’t realise until after

Report the stolen skin. If you can't do that then leave a link to your OG skin under their stolen one. That way so people can know you made it first.

I hear you on this, I’ve had a bunch of dumb buffoons steal/edit my skins without permission, one guy stole a skin of mine twice and got banned from Skindex for it (I always report if I find my skins stolen) But I just move on and make more skins for ppl to enjoy (and hopefully not steal haha)
