One thing I've noticed that a lot of the "pros" do is have a sort of animated-like version of their character doing something related to what they do in the episode. Think Novaskin Wallpaper creator. Very similar to that. Another thing I'd keep in mind is how the thumbnail scales down, how it looks on smaller screens. Larger text with clearer fonts would be ideal (luckily, this is a game that lends itself to pixelated-looking fonts). These are just some of my thoughts, atm. Good luck!
