Past Experience: 4 other server plus the one i do own now atm.
Why would we pick you over others?: when i looked at the other applications this mad be almost mad because this is like a slap in the face to others like me who really want to be staff over these foolish children that have nothing else better to do then say that they deserve admin because thell be nice. if you understand were i am coming from this is plain disrespect and my suggestion is that you pick the people that dont give you a straight answer beside some made up story to cover up the main reason that they want to be staff, if you ask me half the time the truth behind that is not pretty
How much time are you willing to spend for us: Since i do have other jobs outside of minecraft i can put in say about 1-5 hours at the least, but my main play tie is on Saturday and Sunday so i can be expected to be on there at the time

How would you handle swearing?: Swearing all depends on the rules of the server there are many ways to handle something like this but not to avoid the question but if it were up to me i would have a 3 level swear system, depending on the age of the player the 3 levels restricts some words, for example if an older player says the f word per say, and a younger person cant say that. the word will be blocked thus only the players around the older ones ages can hear that and no one below that level
How would you handle racism?: I take racism as if someone in my family was killed for no reason, it has no right in this world what so ever, if you want to go shout the n word fine, but not here , Hell you can go in the Bronx and shout that and watch what will happen, this boils down to this main thing i have to say These kids can say what ever they think they can on the computer without there parents knowing, i say: don't give the person the power if the power dosent want them
How would you handle Homophobic calls?: If this offends the person being bulled i will take the action of banning the bully and make sure this type of thing never happens again, at first i never thought people can say that now a- days but i guess i was wrong, this brings back to the last thing i said these kids have to much power and they need to be controlled
How would you handle two players fighting?: Mute both of them, let them calm down, if they want to act like kids go outside and do that not out in the multivariate, because this settles nothing all there going to do is curse at one another and talk about there mom and what not, if u don't want to get muted don't say anything back, its not anything different from a real life situation
How would you handle two staff members fighting?: If i saw the two fighting, i will remind them that this sets a bad example on the server and themselves, acting foolish when your a high power shows that the government is weak, thus allowing the players to do and say whatever they want.
If you got into a fight with another staff or player what would you do (Write two explanations) : God forbid i ever do but the first thing any civilized person would do is turn the other cheek a great man once said, don't hate thy man just because thy man hates you
2) ill just not talk at all let them have the power if that makes them feel better the cudoos to you for feeling happy about yourself, because in the end your just another person in front of a screen yelling words into the screen, it wont help that person at all, and i hope that they would understand that.
