(Developer) What plugins are you an expert with and can you code: No i can't code, but i know a friend that is an expert, and i could probably get him to code you something for free . pretty much everything. If i havent used the plugin, i don't know how, but i could easily look it up

Griefer: Ban
Abusive member: 1 warning, then ban.
(Builder) Modern or Medieval: Modern, but i have friends that are expert builders aswell.
