Why should you get this? I believe that I might have a chance of getting this kind of position because I have previously owned 2 kinds of servers. My own home-hosted one, which got about 10+players daily which is good for your own network, and a actual host that I paid for and that hosted around 30+ players daily. I built up everything from both servers, but I had help, with configuring plugins, building, etc. I am currently learning to code and try to make it of some use in the future. Also, I eventually stopped paying for the host because school got in the way, and my network wasn't just working out.
What makes you better than the others?
Well, to be honest, I don't really think I am 'better' than anyone. I just have more experience. This includes plugins that I know how to configure and tweak. ( Essentials, World Edit, World Guard, Core-Protect, LWC, Lockette, iDisguise, Group Manager, and more minor ones)
Now these are actually very basic plugins but I am pretty decent at using them for my own purposes. In a scale of 1-10, I might be a 6-8 at building.
Other Information: 'Vision' I can advertise sat sites that do not require chaining the server's motto for proof, I can solve most player problems, and just keep the chat clean and going.
About yourself: I am an outgoing, friendly, and helpful person when it comes to being a high rank than helper in a server if you know what I mean. I go to 8th grade, currently learning Python and Ruby for coding, I know some CSS and html, but I don't know how that will help the server itself much.
