Some of that is just the nature of the beast that is Youtube, unfortunately. For an example, look at the comment-to-view ratios on even the most popular channels. Let's use Grian's latest video as an example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NFvRfeZB5JY

As I write this, it's getting close to 1 million views and 5000 comments. That means about 0.5%, or one in 200 viewers, left a comment on his content. When you look at it that way, it's not so odd that when your videos are hovering around 200 views, it's gonna be hit or miss whether anybody comments. Some of it may also have to do with the nature of your content - a lot of people simply don't have much to say when they watch a funny cartoon besides "lol", which most people don't bother to comment because they don't see it as contributing.

The same video has 84K likes, which means a little over 8 out of 100 people who watched his video liked it, and that's a Youtuber that has a huge fanbase that understands just how much likes support him to the algorhythm. Your newest video has 130 views and 9 likes as I write this, so when you do the math, that's not far off from Grian at all in terms of how many people enjoy your content enough to like it out of the people who watch it!

I hope all this math makes sense and encourages you somewhat. :)
