Why do you consider yourself for this positions:
Media: I am experienced in the social media world, and I know how to work with advertisements and webpages to make people look at something specific. I can set up numerous social media pages, and make them appealing to the eye, and therefore have more people want to look at them and possibly decide to play on the server. In addition, I can organize a team well, and have extensive experience regarding being a leader and making a group of people that may not know each other become acquainted and work cohesively together.

Moderator: On top of the previous statement, there are additional reasons why I should be considered for the moderator position. I am responsible, mature, and fair to everybody. I never speak to anybody on the server in a condescending manner, and treat everybody on equal footing, from the new players to the experienced donors.

Experience?: On top of holding minor moderation positions on larger servers, I have been able to try my hand at Administrating in the recent future.

What position are you are looking to fill? - Super Moderator/Forum Moderator
Why you are best suited to take on this position job? - I am a trustworthy, reliable, and mature Minecraft moderator. I can help organize a fair and active staff team, and I can be the girl on the staff team that's always ready to help somebody in need. I'll be the girl that you'll also depend on and if you need anything, anything at all, I'll be there for you guys. I will act as more of a mentor than anything, assisting players with ingame and out of game problems

When would you most often be on the server? - It would most likely vary, but for the most part it would be from 3 PM to 10 PM EST

What advice would you give someone who has to work with younger children? - It's really important to have one big attribute: patience. When working with children, they may do things multiple times that for older people, it's simply not to do ever. It simply necessary to keep in mind that they are children, and they will eventually learn.
Is there anything else we should know about you? - Well, I'm a senior in High School, and most likely going to UVA next year, If you're not from America, it's a top 30 school, that I'm very proud of getting accepted into. I'm also getting into some part-time modeling, hence my name. It's more of a hobby than anything, but something I might want to get into in the future.

Well if you just want to play with friends, I'd personally suggest making a Minecraft Realms server, a new project from Mojang. It's really simple, and you can play with lots of friends! It's only $13 per month.

Did we ever have our interview? I forget, I don't see a further post if I was declined or accepted, was just wondering as it seems you need additional staff members.

8GB of RAM is a lot, it'd be tough to find a reliable host with that much in your price range. I wish you luck.
