Do you have any ideas (after you've played on the server) to improve the server?:Yes, make a city spawn and make sure if your server is PVP to make the spawn a safezone so they dont kill u in spawn, also make sure you watch the console because alot of people hack and use xray.
Any plugins you would recommend?: LWC, CreeperHeal, Essentials, and PermissionsEX
Bonus: Do you know how to make permissions? Yup I use PermissionsEX on my server i have 6 ranks with permissions.
