Umm i'm not sure if you mean competitive or not but here it goes
For a good OU set up type, I prefer:
Clefki @ light clay w/ prankser
252 def+ / 252 spDef/HP/ - atk / +4 spAtk
Protect
Light Screen
Reflect
Toxic/Draining Kiss/ Moonblast
Clefki has a ridiculously good typing that makes him less likely to be one hit killed, especially if you can predict what your opponent will use eg. if he's Breloom, set up reflect to half his physical damage. you will most likely move first due to prankster, giving a +1 priority on status moves. Doesn't matter if he dies from then on, as he has set up a good defensive line for more fragile sweepers.
For OU Disruptors:
Siglyph (I know he's BL3 but he's really good) @ Flame orb w/ magic guard
252 spDef+ / 252 HP / 4 spAtk / - atk
Psycho shift
Stored power
Cosmic power
Roost
This Siglyph is targeted more at physical attackers as it half their attack (but NOT SPECIAL ATTACK). from there on use psycho shift to give them your burn (you will not be hurt by it due to magic guard) and spam cosmic power. If you're running low on HP plop in a Roost to regain health while being more tanky. Stored power does damage based on your stat changed, so use it once you get at least x2 def/spDef
I know sableye can do just as good a job with prankster, bu I prefer Siglyph as you're unkillable if set up well (and do good amounts of damage)
For more gimmicky OHKO types of sweepers ( I prefer bulky sweeps + set ups, pure sweep aren't my thing)
Linoone @ Leftovers/Sitrus berry w/ gluttony (quick feet not compatible with extremespeed)
252+atk / 252 speed / 4 def / -spAtk

This Linoone is a bit of a gamble/gimmick as you are prone to being one shotted by fake out users or ghost types, but hey, it's fun. Plop in a substitute, so you get a free turn next turn. Then use belly drum. since Linoone is squishy (dies easily) the substitute may fade, but don't worry. Extremespeed has +2 priority, going faster than moves like ice shard, bullet punch, quick attack etc... paired up with belly drum, you should be an unstoppable force until matched up against counters mentioned above, due to the maxed out (x4) attack stats

shell smash
always start off with shell smash, as using it once is enough. Cloyster, being tanky, shouldn't need the benifits of substitute unless paired up against special sweeper but whatever. Shell smash reduces your def and spDef but raises your atk / spAtk / Speed by 2 stages (x2 each). The white herb will restore all negative stat changes, and hey, you're free to sweep with skill link. Ice shard is there for the dragon/flying types that are prone to out-speeding you.
