Have you ever been banned or temp banned on another server? -No i read all rules right when i join a server and then i don't break any rule

What is your previous experience in any type of moderation? - I was a server owner a long time ago and i also was a mod on a server that got hacked and i was a admin so i know all the commands and i know the rules of being a Helper.

What advice would you give someone who had to deal with people younger than them? -
Don't take things personally don't act like you have more power over them just because your older older people may have more experience but everyone should be treated equally

Anything else we should know? - I have a pain disorder called RSD/CRPS and it makes it feel like I'm getting stabbed 24/7 and I'm going in a lot of treatment for this and I'm almost better and I am more mature because of it and I play a lot of mine craft do distract me from my pain and it really helps and I really I want to help out this server because i play on it a lot and i really like it!
