I suggest you remake the questions maybe instead asking for a portfolio of what they have done or can do rater then just getting them to rate themselves or asking gow long they’ve played for. This will give you a better idea as to how good they are and whether or not they would work well with what you have in mind. You might also want to give some more info on the server, is there a theme you are going for, what have you got setup already etc.
