Looking for a Head-Dev, We're a very serious server and really need somebody with the following skills:
-Basic Plugin Coding (This is just so we know you know what you're doing with configs)
-Experience with PermissionsEx, World Edit, World Guard, Essentials, Towny and McMMO
-High rate of activity (2-3 hours a day)
-Aged above 13
-Access to staff meetings when called (Availability)
As I said, we're serious about this position, as it is part of the directing staff. This meaning, that once applied and accepted, you'd be placed as Admin until you gain trust to op and all the other benefits.

Experience: I have developed for many servers before and all would recommend me. I have coded many advanced plugins for them as mentioned below.
Previous Staff Occurrences: I have coded on many different servers some had selfish owners and didn't like my work and demoted me and the others went down but I still currently develop on one.
Best Self-Used Plugins(What's your most experienced plugin to you): My most experienced plugin would be my own anti hack plugin fully customazible for any server. The way this works is that it detects extra strings from the player (the extra strings coming from the hacked client) and it then notifies anybody with OP or in the config it can be changed to whoever has the permission.
Also I don't need or want paying.
