Sirius MC for Forge 1.7.10 (Newly Updated!)

Sirius MC was created for the same reason every other mod has been, to add new features to classic MC.
But...I didn't want to be the modmaker who adds 50 sets of new tools blocks ores recipes and so on. I wanted to be functional & balanced, while still providing novelty and fun.


New Materials:
Oil Shale - Oil Shale is a sedimentary rock that can be used for fuel.
Oil Shale Ore is found always below ground level, it starts higher and stops generating lower, than coal.
But, it also has around 50% more fuel and like many other blocks can be slapped into a 9 crafting grid for a solid block.

Lonsdaleite - Considered the hardest material naturally on Earth, even harder than Diamonds.
It's just as rare and found just as low as Diamonds, and produces Raw Lansdaleite when dug out.
In it's raw form it can be combined with an Iron Block (shapeless) to produce a Reinforced Iron Block impervious to explosions and heavy as can be.

Put into a furnace it produces Purified Lonsdaleite, a strong bright gemstone than can be used to make Swords and Pickaxes that not only do more damage than any Diamond item, but have higher durability.
(1700+ for you number crunchers.)

Smokestack - Ever wanted a chimney? Well now you can have one, put the smokestack anywhere and a nice puff of black smoke will appear from the top. Need a taller on? No problem, but any block under it or stack them on top of one-another and only the top block will spout smoke.

Caution Blocks - A metal block with a construction/caution tape texture for, well whatever need you have for it.
A framed glass version is also available if you need to mark an area and still see through it.

Gold Coin - Basic gold coin for people who used item based economy mods or just want an item to trade with or frame.
(A simple t in the crafting grid of gold nuggets.)

Crops - Strawberries and Ginseng: Both seeds can be found the normal way in survival, though normal wheat seeds still drop the most. Only a few stages to go through so they're not hard to grow, the strawberries like other fruit doesn't provide much for your hunger but will also heal you a bit. Ginseng will live up it's reputation and give you a Haste boost when eaten. Both crops will drops seeds and food making growing these fairly easy.

Iron Knives! - An addition based solely off classic recipes. Using an iron ingot, leather, and a stick you can craft a survival knife. All the same properties of Iron except at night your survival instincts come out for a bit of a boost. You can also place your new survival knife in a table with a spider eye and make a poising coated version with different effects.
