The Basics:
This mod allows the player to use the power of the All Seeing Eye to locate blocks and structures.
In order to use the power of the All-Seeing Eye, you need enough XP and a pair of All-Seeing boots.
All-Seeing boots can be found in the following chests:
They can also be crafted with 4 ender pearls in a boot formation.
There are two categories of eyes that you can use:
Block eyes:

Block eyes will direct you towards the X and Z coordinate where the corresponding block is located. It will then force you to look down and mine downwards. Do not worry though; the All Seeing Eye gives you fire resistance, slow falling, and water breathing in case any trouble happens on your journey. I would suggest that you use these in a flat area if you want the easiest experience; sometimes trees can become a problem.
Structure eyes:
Structure eyes will float you up to build height and then will point you in the direction of the desired structure. It will then force you to walk in the direction of the structure and you will not be able to move any other direction. It will build a roadway of a block called purple cloud in the sky. This will be useful for traveling back to where you originally used the eye.
