IMPORTANT: If the Ruby texture is not working in-game, open you bin in winrar, open the textures folder, go into items, then find ruby.png and change it to Ruby.png. The game changes the item name for some reason so all you have to do is make the "R" uppercase.

This mod currently adds 11 swords, 2 armors, 2 mobs, 4 ores, and 10 crafting items. I am looking for help switching it over from modloader to forge, so if you are able and willing I'll give you the source code to put into forge. If anyone has any ideas on things I could add to this mod to make it better, feel free to suggest them. The original idea for this mod came as a request from Morecraft, but I have continued it. CRAFTING:
To get the crafting recipes, open Crafting recipes.txt in the downloaded zip file.

INSTALLATION:
Drag everything in Mo' Swords.zip into your minecraft.jar besides Crafting Recipes.txt (after installing modloader)

hey hows it going? lol anyway thanks so much for featuring my showcase it means alot, it also brought me closer to 10,000 video views on my youtube channel. whenever i reached that (and i am really close) i was going to start a modded lets play series and i was wondering if you wouldnt mind me adding in your mod i think it would make a great addition to the game! if not thats fine i probably would understand! anyway thanks keep up the good work! :D

No problem. Sure, you can add the mod to the let's play if you want. But, just so you know, this is still the 1.5.1 version, not 1.5.2.

yay thanks! and that's fine just wondering is there a 1.4.7 version because I may be downgrading to that since a lot of the mods i'm using are not updated as well
