And you're tired of it,then you might need this mod!
This mod allows you to reload the minecraft renderers with a push of a button,allowing you to basically reset your fps.

does it help correct chunk errors too? you know when theres a big transparent square opens up and lets you see through evrything?

Yes. A reload of chunks causes the chunk render failures (commonly present in OptiFine) to reset. This can also be achieved via changing the render distance, which also reloads the chunks.

Yeah but whenever I press F3 I get a long and huge lag spike,and continue to lag.
I think this is easier and better. :)
