Skype Bot for MC

What is it?

It's a small application that runs with Skype. It's your own personal bot. With it you can ping Minecraft servers to check if they are online, get the player count, and ping time. You can also lookup the UUID of a player if you need to. 

What do I need?
Python installed on your computer is needed. You probably already have it, but if you don't, you can download it HERE
A running Skype instance!
Skype4Py - It is in the zip, make sure to keep it in the same folder as the bot.pyw !!

How do I install it?

To install it, make sure you currently have Skype open! Next, simply UNZIP the zip provided (Do NOT run it from within the zip - drag it out on your desktop. Again, you cannot run this from within the zip, drag it out somewhere!!) and run the "bot.pyw" file.  Nothing will come up from this file. Next just check your skype. You should see a message at the top asking it to allow use. It will look something like this (This one is after you already allowed use)


Simply click the allow button and then go to a convo and type "!info" to see if it is working! Since there is no display on it, to exit it, use "!exit" in a skype chat and it will exit itself completely!

Commands:

The bot currently only has a few commands. The commands are (Note: Without the ""'s in skype):

- "!info" or "!help" - Displays info about it and lists commands
- !mcping <IP>:[port] - Pings a minecraft server. Tells you player count, status, and ping time.
- "!uuid <playername" - Prints the UUID of the specified player.
- "!exit" - Exits the program.
