This Mod adds in 4 new Items. Toast, Butter On Toast, Butter, and a Knife. Butter, is possible to eat by the block, but you may get food poisoning. Toast and Butter on toast give you the same amount of health as Bread. except when you craft toast you get eight slices. That's eight times the amount of health bread gives you.
