Built by ALCo in 1920 as Hetch Hetchy Railroad No. 4, this Mikado type locomotive lived a very similar life to Hetch Hetchy No. 2, starting life working on the O'Shaughnessy Dam, and later being sold off to a logging company. Valued for her symmetrical wheel arrangement, she was bought by Carlisle Lumber Company's Newaukum Valley Railroad in 1924, and renumbered to 1000. She hauled lumber until 1944, when she was sold to the Santa Maria Valley Railroad where she serviced oil refineries and carried produce. The Santa Maria Valley Railroad donated to Travel Town in 1954 as the railroad moved to diesel power.
