The original and first Super Mario Bros (1985) in Minecraft. I am working on the layout and then I am going to make it 3 blocks thick, for maximum 3D-ness. It is going to be great, and I am using a Mario texture pack so it looks more professional :D I will post up a world file so you guys can play with it afterwards.

you can use wool blocks as enemies brown as goomba red as koopa
