Hello,
this is a rescue fire truck carrying tools to assist in extinguishing fires and rescuing people. Although it looks a lot like an ambulance, there is no space in the back for treating people.
I also made a Pierce Impel Pumper Truck and a Spartan Aerial Ladder Fire Truck.

I looked up about Steel City 6341 and that is definitely a Rescue Fire Truck. It does not say ambulance on it, only rescue. I have built the FDNY Rescue Truck one and this reminds me of it and those trucks are only to carry specialized tools for rescuing not to transport ill people. Also I do not think this truck pumps water either because I looked on both sides of it and it does not have pipes for water, which all pumpers truck need to do that. I also saw a video of showing the back of it, which the door doesn't look like ambulance doors because there's no windows and more of a tool storage area.
Thank you for clearing things. I really wasn't sure what to call this vehicle because it looks so much like an ambulance in my eyes, but it says "Fire" on its side...

Thanks for your explanation again! I was not familiar with these word differences.
I am from Germany. We have fire departments, ambulances and the THW (Technisches Hilfswerk) or German Federal Agency For Technical Relief (Wikipedia says that). I think the THW comes close to this Fire-Rescue thing because they also are neither a fire department nor do they treat people. They help the fire fighters and doctors do their job by providing special equipment for getting people out of dangerous situations (can really be anything).

Yeah, most my builds strongly depend on banners. But I have come to the conclusion that banners are the best way to replicate painted stuff (like stripes and letters or logos) realistically. That's why I use them so often.
