Looks like world painter to me. Btw how do you paint the terrain like this ? Do you do at/below a certain angle ?

Most people use world machine to automatically make their terrains but I use world machine to create a basic landscape like two cones then I ultrasmooth the terrain and fill in ridges in the mountains with snow at a below 25 degree angle
