This machine converts shot arrows (by player or dispenser) to the itemform.
This could be useful for something like a record farm, where you can collect arrows from the mob farm (wich produces the creepers too), then shoot the arrows at the creepers. Those that miss can get collected by this device for reuse or for getting rid of the enteies caused by the arrows. Note that this only works in the snpashots for 1.9.
