The basilica of the Holy Trinity is inspired by a neoclassical style, the basilicas of "Primary Cathedral of Colombia" and "Our Lady of the Rosary Basilica Chiquinquirá".

The Basilica has the following Side Chapels;

* Tabernacle Chapel located in the Apse,

* Baptistery,

* Royal Chapel,

* Choir Chapel,

* Shrine of Penitence

* Mausoleum of Bishops

* Chapel of Mary

and others.

It has a tubular body two consoles . Presbytery two pulpits, hallway at the top, two towers with five bells each. Facade and Friso. Three doors Front, Side door, and two false doors. At the rear are the sacristy and Hall Chapter. It has a room on the second floor, a bathroom and a study.
