I'm back! After 150 hours of work, I wanted to republish a cathedral worthy of a renaissance map.

This is the Basilica of San Lorenzo, a fictitious structure I created from my inspiration in the cathedrals of Siena, Florence, and the choir of Westminster.

In this church, you will find a classical basilica structure with 3 naves, a bell tower, and a central dome with an altar in the center and a large and spacious choir. The gilded coffered ceiling is reminiscent of the papal basilicas of Rome.

The organ and the cathedra are located on either side of the main altar. The structure of the throne is gothic as is the architecture of the organ which I created from my own imagination.

The interior walls are surrounded by several smaller altars, which have raised windows. The clerestory windows are elongated and large, which gives the interior a brighter atmosphere.

The details in the gothic choir are reminiscent of late gothic and welcome the renaissance as an artistic movement. For this church, I did not design a sacristy, but there are other details such as the baptismal font and the bells in the tower.
