First in PMC
She´s based off Juan Sebastián de Elcano and Esmeralda, 2 real life sister school ships, i made a few changes, she is based off the 1927 version of Elcano with some added details, she is meant for coastal defense, dangerous expeditions and training, so i modified and added the following armament:

• 4x 100mm l/47 guns
  
• 4x 88mm l/45 guns
